Demons are real… and you might know one.

Demons are real, and you might know one. (For audio version, see below!)

If you believe in any of the major faiths then you must believe in demons. From a Chrisitan perspective (not of a religious sector, simply Christian), we believe in ghosts i.e. the Holy Ghost aka Holy Spirit, and in the book of Genesis (meaning the beginning), God aka YhWy, Yahweh, El Shadai, the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega, speaks about Elohim, fallen angels, lesser gods, Anak, Goliath, demons, serpents, beasts etc.

God says in Genesis 6 I believe that he cast Satan, Lucifer, the Devil out of Heaven and along with him 1/3 of the angels. How many is a third? That is not clear, nor does it really matter, whether it be 10 or a million, either way its not good. God tells us that 144,000 souls will return to Heaven. Lets pretend that 144,000 is the other 2/3rds. That accounts for 72,000 being the 1/3^rd cast out with Satan.

Satan was sent to earth to rule this land along with his demons. (Demon is an angel of darkness. Angel means messenger). Not all angels nor demons are created or operate in equality. Each has a separate mission, job and or objective. They may not even know they are destructive, simply they have a purpose, and they spend their time trying to fulfill their purpose.

So, fast forward. The angels cast out came to earth and had relations with women. Being they were already of an evil mindset my guess is this was through force, not ideal relationships. The women gave birth to a form of half human, half demon (DNA), and these creatures were called Nephilim. These creatures became what is known to us as giants. (Anakim Goliath). At some point the giants began to feed off human blood, and the purer the better (for life purposes) children’s blood. This is why the Demons of the bible like Baal, Molech, Azazel required human child sacrifices. This is all biblical, but most people do not read their bible, and or commit the scriptures as fact or Truth.

So God sent a flood to eliminate the beasts from the earth and start over with ONE honest and good man (Noah). The flood destroyed every living thing; however, the demons are not human and are of spirit, therefore they were not destroyed. But they didn’t need to be destroyed, because NOAH was truly good, and therefore should have ended the reign of demons. But Noah’s decedents didn’t follow along with the plan and allowed the demons to have possession of their bodies, minds and consciousness, turning back to chaos and destruction.

See, demons need human form in order to maintain presence. So, they take over human form by possession (aka one who is Possessed). Most if not all people that are possessed have no idea they are sharing themselves with one or many demons. When severely demonized people are possessed, even post exorcism they don’t recall the demon nor experience.

How do we become possessed? Easy. Through music, movies and television is easiest. It can also happen through drugs, alcohol, playing with items of dark magic ie Ouija boards, talking to psychics, reading bones, seances (sp). We can become possessed ANYTIME we have a negative experience and drop our guards to revenge, retaliation, and dark thoughts of anger and rage. Cursing (not blessings) are words of anger, words of dark space and open portals (opportunities for possession).

People say this can’t happen to me, I go to church. And to that I say, no you don’t. You go to a building and attend a lecture by a person. We are the church, you are the church, I am the church. I believe that “churches” / buildings set aside for study and worship are full of demons. Demons do not leave the body just because you walk into a “church”. In fact, most people that are captured by demons “go to church” seeking change. But the change is not there, the change is internal, the location helps ease the process.

It is CRAZY easy to become possessed, and it’s just as easy to become un-possessed. Here is the tough part though, you do not need to believe in God to be possessed, in fact, if you don’t believe this makes things easier for the demon. But you MUST believe or know God in Jesus name in order to become un-possessed. To become un-possessed simply tell the demon to get out and inform it that it is not welcome “here” in the Mighty Name of Jesus.

However, if you return to demonic ideologies (dark music, alcohol, drugs, cursing) then you are going to open the portal all over again.

Now, there are levels of demons, from weak and powerless to very strong and powerful. The more you open yourself up the more possession you allow. If you listen, watch or lavish in darkness the more and stronger demons you conjure or allow for possession. Demons make people feel powerful and invincible, and demons led us all done paths of destruction.

If you know someone that thrives in music, movies or cultures of darkness, and they have addictions, anger, rage or depression then chances are they have an entity that has control of their lives. Ever know someone to “Lose Control”? If they have lost control, what then is IN CONTROL?

None of us are perfect, and sin happens. This is why Jesus encourages us all to FORGIVE, ask for FORGIVENESS, and go through life with MERCY and GRACE. When we find ourselves in a dark place, we have to not only go to God and beg for forgiveness, mercy and grace, but to also cast out our own demons.

It is NOT easy; life is as hard as we make it. The more stuff we have, the more friends, family and responsibilities we have, the more things that separate us from God, and allow opportunities for darkness.

Example: Its great to own a car, but then if it breaks down on the way to work, we curse the car, have a bad day at work, go home turn to alcohol or drugs (HELLO, Sugar is also a drug), to help us cope and kick the dog, that opens us to darkness. And just as important is talking to our children about these realities from a young enough age, not to scare them but to teach them. Example, when is the last time your children’s school or church spoke about the dark side?

I am pretty imperfect myself; I have a riddled past and have tested all the waters. But I have now come to a point where I asked enough of the right questions and got answers, and I now understand a little bit more of the game. This is my belief system and I do not impose it on anyone, just provide information.
